How much space will I need?
Eurobox will consult with you to help estimate how much space you will need. We are committed to providing you the best service and value for money so we will ensure you have the just the right amount of space for your storage needs.
Do I pay weekly or monthly?
Depending on the length of your stay, we will invoice you on a monthly basis, payable in advance. We also require an initial payment at the time of signing the contract and a minimum of 7 days notice when you want to vacate your storage space.
How long can I rent storage space for?
Self storage is available for both commercial and domestic use and you can store your goods or possessions from as little as a week for as long as you need. Discounts are available for long term storage contracts.
Company Refund Policy?
Your deposit will be returned to you after cleanliness and damage check of your empty unit. All unused credits/funds after minimum notice period will be returned.
When can I move my goods in?
You can move your goods in once you have signed your rental contract and paid an initial payment by cheque or credit/debit card. We prefer future payments to be done by auto pay but other options can be agreed. At the time of signing the contract we required you to provide two forms of ID.
How do I access my goods?
You can access your goods 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year. You will be given a card for our automated gate which will give you direct access to your storage space.
What ID do I need to provide?
At the time of signing your contract we will require you to provide two forms of proof of ID, one to verify who you are and one for where you reside. You can't use the same document to prove both and they have to be the original document and not a photocopy. Full details are on our storage security page.
Do I need personal insurance?
We offer a comprehensive insurance policy to cover your goods whilst they are in our care. We are happy for you to insure your own goods but require an accurate indication of the value of the goods stored whether or not you take out a Eurobox personal insurance policy or your own policy.
Can I move if I need more/less space?
Although we take care to estimate how much space you will require, your needs may change during your contracted rental periods. If this is the case, we are happy to move you to a larger or smaller space within your contracted term. We are only able to move you if we have alternative space available.
